Plug-in CIU Spli Keypad Type STS Standard Pre-payment GPRS/RF/PLC Module Slot Intelligent Single Phase Electricity Meter
STE18-G is an STS Standard compliant, split keypad type, automatically connection or disconnection prepaid electricity meter. It can be top up with Stronpay vending software directly and communicate with AMI system via LORA-RF, PLC or GPRS module.
It has a plug-in module for STS compliant data collection and network communications. This modular design enables utility to select from PLC/RF/GPRS according to local conditions. Upgrade and maintenance will also become cost-effective by replacing the modules only instead of the entire meter. The waterproof of meter is IP54 rating, allowing it to operate in harsh environments.

✽ Prepayment: STS Standard, recharge by inputting 20digits TOKEN.
✽ Low credit alarm: Alarm value can be set by inputting corresponding TOKEN.
✽ Prepaid and post-paid switch: Meter can be switch to prepaid mode or post-paid mode.
✽ Load control function: Meter can be programmed for load control threshold, If the current power is more than threshold. The meter will cut off user load.
✽ Event recording: Meter can record the tamper event, open cover event, purchase event and TOKENS.
✽ Self-testing: Meter has a self-test function, it can test LCD and relay etc. and report the results directly.
✽ Anti-tamper: Meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and open cover event.
✽ TOU Tariff: TOU Tariff can be set by inputting corresponding TOKEN.
✽ Overdraft Collection: Electricity Overdraft can be collected day by day or month by month

1. By Stronpay vending Software

Vending Process
☀ Login the web-based vending website by inputting the user name, company name and password.
☀ Register the meter number and customer information at the library center.
☀ Set the price for different customers
☀ Open an account to combine the meter,customer and price information
☀ Get the Token at the Top up center.
☀ Input the Token with keypad.
☀ Recharging completely.
2. By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
➪ Via mobile phone
API: Application Program Interface, which is the agreement connecting the third party APP and our Stronpay vending software.
The advantages to recharge with mobile payment:
✽ Users can top up electricity by mobile money without leaving the house.
✽ Users could check information by their telephone.
✽ It helps utilities for Revenue protection and consumer.
3. By the AMI System
➪ Recharge remotely via DCU and LORA-RF or PLC module
The meter can be recharged by inputting the Token with the CIU. It also can communicate with the AMI system to recharge remotely.
① Operator generate the recharge Token in AMI system
② The 20digits Token will be send to smart meter via GPRS module.
③ After the credit accepted by meter, the remotely recharge succeed.
